This historic photo is for sale on Ebay today for thirteen bucks.

MCL - "This photo depicts the demolition of one of several multi-unit buildings which at that time occupied the area now known as Triangle Park. The buildings were in various states of distress and disrepair and largely vacant and unoccupied. Before Triangle Park was built, Juneway Terrace went thru to Chicago Avenue."

The Chicago Daily News - "Apartment buidlings fall to the wrecking ball on Juneway Terrace in an area known as "The Jungle" in Rogers Park. But area residents Jim Schick and Charlotte Simmons co-owners of the Lost Eras Antique shop 1517 w Howard, have faith that the neighborhood is on the upswing."

Thanks for the info mcl! Would be very interesting to see how it used to be back then. Old photos are always fascinating.
