Sign vandalism on the upper left makes it look like we live in a Mad Max world. We can see the Gateway Mall entrance to the right that has the abandoned Al Fresco Cafe. The back entrance to the Howard L stop is troubled as well, please continue reading to see the men that stand watch over this exit from the L, the other cool sign admonishing passerby to not feed the birds and an advertisement for a unique clothing line only found in Rogers Park.

I was just by there earlier and there was a guy peeing in broad daylight, but too many people around that looked eager to grab my iphone to snap a pic. But everybody knows this happens constantly.
