This retail building which was for sale for a long time has finally sold. It was previously for sale by another real estate company, as seen on Google maps, Hallmark and Johnson. 7500 total square feet of retail space. 3750 sf high ceiling second floor. C1-2 Zoning and 5000 sf rear parking with 11 garage spaces. This is just south of the Dunking Donuts and just south of Lunt. This is very key retail as it sits near the Metra Station at Lunt and its still walking distance to the Morse L station. Would be great to see a decent restaurant, bar, coffee house, or clothing retail go in here.
