This shot taken 1/5/13 is looking from the porch of Cat's Cradle looking southwest. You can see the newly renovated Chalet nursing home in the distance. To the left is the Emil Bach house currently undergoing some major renovations. The Cat's Cradle is still decked out for the holidays with pine cones, wreath, and poinsettias.

Crop shots are fun. This one is from a shot seconds before from the same vantage point. We see a couple waiting to cross Sheridan. The bus is just starting to cross the intersection with three seconds to spare.
