Over all I think its a good thing. I would like to see retail on the first floor however.

Yes it does make you twinge to see the cutesy Rogers Park institution of a meditation center be turned into a parking lot though.

But that's pr0gress.....

Here's a tip guys. Call Benji. He already has a deep scoop on the story and might share some of it. He met "the family" yesterday.

Ew. Ugly as hell. Why would they try to build up a classy residential district and then waste a prime piece of land on a parking lot?

There's gonna be god damned hell to pay at the community meeting about this piece of junk. Nobody wants parking structures on the lake. People should use bikes and rollerblades. It's a city dammit!

It is a bit ironic that a billionaire at TD Ameritrade is paying B. Woodard to report on a billionaire.

But that's who makes news and who pays people to write the news, billionaires.

@ mcl
hahahaha!

Will be a shame to lose this cool meditation center, there actually is a small parking lot across the street on Sherwin just to the east.

How come the alderman didnt break the news on this project? That's the usual way this info is divulged.

This is a good thing for the neighborhood. Rogers Park needs all the affluent inhabitants that require parking that it can get. Welcome.
