This sign appeared within the last week announcing that the Birchmont is now ready to be leased. During the past year a lot of properties near or at Fargo and Greenview have been fixed up, including 7450 N Greenview across the street. This apartment building is walking distance to Lake Michigan, the Jarvis L stop, Charmers Cafe, Poitin Stil bar, the Emil Bach house and Howard street. What more could you ask for? One dead link mentions that the Birchmont used to be a hotel. And this link here wonders if Hollywood stars used to stay there. Looking at Zillow there are three bedrooms there for 1400.

Is he the one with the pizzas? He used to give me free slices thinking I would do favors for him. He was so silly but I think he's gone.
I'm not sure whats going on but I started to hear birds chirp today for like the first time in a totes long while. I even heard a male cardinal make his call and I saw a Robin poking around. Come to think of it I hadn't seen a single animal in RP except Craig's dogs tied up to trees all winter. What a horrid sight.
OMG we're totally entering a period of enlightenment or something. Animals are talking again and our friends and spirit friends are comfortably existing. Its like Frodo tossed the ring into Mount Doom and maybe the trees will start growing soon and the world will be peaceful. I can almost feel the sun on my face as I participate in a beach drum circle again. lol.
