| The Riddler's new hangout? |
This long (benignly) neglected mixed use property is showing signs of life. It has four storefronts and question marks are always a good ploy to get attention at a vacant lot or commercial property. This picture is looking east down Devon. The commercial space we are looking at is the only one where we could get a peek inside. It has been gutted, the bare brick is visible on the inside and looks to have been tuckpointed. Exposed brick walls are always a plus for higher end commercial space. This is on the southern border of Rogers Park. 1256-1248 W Devon is the address. Looking at Trulia we see that they have three bedrooms for rent for 1500 bucks & the apartments have been beautifully rehabbed.
