Drug Bust @ Morse & Greenview.

Mayne Annex @ Morse & Wayne. (1300 block of Morse)

High profile projects like the Mayne Annex and the Mayne Stage along with community pressure and increased policing has forced the drug traffic away from Morse & Wayne. Over the past year there have been shootouts at Morse & Greenview presumably (and now confirmed) over drug dealing turf. A dark shadow is being lifted that has hung over Morse for many years. Drug dealing has no place on today's Morse.

Joe Moore issued an email blast this morning

"Dear Neighbor,
I am pleased to report that Chicago Police late last week arrested 12 suspected gang members and shut down a drug market on the 1500 block of W. Morse Avenue.  Arrest warrants were issued for another eight individuals."

Couldn't they just go round up everybody at Grais and sort them out later?

Makes sense that Threshold Grais residents should be drug tested or at least make sure with some sort of inspection that drug use isn't going on over there, which it probably is.

Dry up the demand in the area and the suppliers will move on.

The Suppliers usually come to the demand especially when its concentrated like that.

So this is your blog. I was expecting something sick like Hellhole or BustedAss. This seems normal. Why are you in Hellhole so much?

Jeffo has a concern with with Rogers Park issues, but here he spotlights his main interests, which is architecture and infrastructure types of things.

We still have freedom of speech, despite Everyblockers wanting to be the thought police. If unchecked liberalism continues unabated, the country will be broke and another Civil War will break out, my polarizing political incorrectness may get people to think a little harder about what they're doing and realizing I am just one of the first of many horrible psychos created by their poor decisions.
If you don't like what I do, write an angry letter and mail it to yourself.

Thanks DUI.

@ A.H.
Broken Heart of Rogers Park does provide extra info not found on Everyblock, there should and will always be an alternative to the mainstream internet for Rogers Park.

Anita said ""Dangerously" at least you hang around one classy place like this one once in a while"

The rest was censored with extreme prejudice. Anita do you have anything interesting to say? Trolls are boring.
