There is a difference between street art and vandalism. Street art itself isn't legal but it sure beats blight and mindless tagging. Chevanston's freelance photographer happened upon this sticker taking photos for another story. Its the best work that WMD has come up with so far. (WMD vandalized the abogado office @ Clark & Farwell previously with graffiti, shame shame!) WMD usually sticks to a variation on the fallout shelter logo and sometimes adds the moniker besos (kisses). This is a step in the right direction, nice art in an unobstrusive location. Putting stickers all over a traffic sign is ugly and interferes with its function.
