Aaaargh. Venture forth not there. Tis the wicked Eye of the Illuminati it tis. They be watching day and night. Dirty rotten rogues and scoundrels they be.
Vacant building? I'm not so sure about that, Mr. Rogers. I think the second floor is still occupied. I believe the owner of the building used to live there--perhaps still does.
Captain, please dispatch the Illuminati forthwith. That's too close to me for comfort.
Oh, hey, maybe I'm getting the hang of this Blogger thing. My babies finally appeared. Aren't they cute?
Mr. Rogers, perhaps the visitor to your site who has had his R.E. agent's sign in the window for many years and has already popped off here today on another thread will let us know what's happening with this building.
@ Helen, Nice owls. Yes would be nice to know the future of this place. This corner is pretty dead. Would be nice to have a building across the street on the west side as well instead of a parking lot.

I like the eye on top of the sign. Nice touch!
Yes I agree John. This sign has only recently been put up and it really caught my EYE.
The EYE brings to mind, a private eye agency, the eye of Sauron and the eye over the pyramind on the dollar bill.

True Helen, not completely vacant, there has been evidence of inhabitance on the second floor.
Would be nice to get businesses on the first floor though.

It would be a nice spot for a cafe; lots of commuters pass by every day.
@ T agreed.
