Most of the plastic cordon has been thrown away. But random pieces remain tied to poles or lying on the ground. A patch of dried blood lingers just to the north of the manhole cover where the body was found. One piece of plastic on the sidewalk reads "Text a tip to C-R-I-M-E-S (274637) or Call 1-800-535-STOP (7687) Cook County Crime Stoppers". Hopefully someone who knows something involving this heinous murder will call the authorities with information.
