One of the most run down and forlorn of the "L" viaducts. Exposed rebar, crumbling cement and leaky ceilings. Is this the beginning of a sanctioned mural or is this just "youthful exuberance". The cheetah mural fits Rogers Park since we have already have a cheetah/leopard house.
This cheetah appeared within the last week. This has been a popular viaduct for public drinking in the past. It was the site of the infamous Mind Crusher Tattoo advertising fiasco, which led to this blogger's ouster from Everyblock and creation of this blog (almost a year ago).
