Don't people know that to make money all you have to do is leave a message (MSG) to her 877 number? She is flying under the radar so that she can help you earn a decent living. In order to do that she or one of her compatriots handwrite these signs and then illegally zipties them to street lights throughout the neighborhood. Advertising through legit channels would eat too much into the profit you will soon be making.
