WMD is one tagger with decent art. Could do without the other mundane tagging but the stickers he comes up with are too nice to take down. This sticker is on Ashland south of Pratt. Another reason this sticker was left alone was that it was put on the back of a stop sign so as to not interfere the sign's function. Here is another example of his artwork.

Nice. Definitely on the "art" side of the line. Deserves to be referred to as something other than "tagger", which includes most the the useless scrawls more generally "achieved".
@Dave, will post an example of tagging that would put him into that category.
