This van was spotted this morning near where the Thou Shall Not Kill Limo is usually parked.
The driver of the limo Darby Tillis was on Death Row for nine years before he was set free.
He is a street preacher. Spreading the gospel of nonviolence to those that will listen.
George Ryan did at least one good deed by pardoning Mr Tillis in 2000.
Many people have dubbed the limo the Peace Limo. He has taken the limo on tour. The White House, East Coast and the South.
No mention of the van anywhere though. Looks like he's added another vehicle to his ministry on wheels.
