In the old days reporters used to actually go the scene of the crime, take notes and crime scene photos. Now reporters just wait for the data to come in, change a few words around, add a stock image (or whatever photo is released to the media) and poof your done.
This isn't South Evanston. But this is a very unusual photo. You never know what you will find for sale on E-bay.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: This is an original 1972 35mm negative strip containing 3 images. The folder the negatives were originally archived in contained the following identification information: August 24, 1972 At 1921 Harrison street Evanston, IL. Dan Miletic, a janitor who found the body of a 14 year old boy induffel bag inside the garbage recepticle.
