Restoring city signs and getting rid of graffiti allows this writer to see many hidden nooks and crannies of Rogers Park. A large neighborhood with many surprises. While cleaning up the area, this writer spoke briefly to a tenant or manager and snapped some photos of this cheery courtyard building. The statue to the left takes a break from standing all day long and the turtle is thrilled that a plant is growing through its shell. Chase Paulina Apartments currently only have one bedroom apartments available and bill themselves as beautifully renovated units.
