Emil Bach Prepares For Sunday




Tiny tulips are just beginning to pop out of the ground. If all goes well the lawn should be in full bloom just in time for Emil Bach's free open house this Sunday. The blue-tooth man  (in charge of renovations?) invited this writer to stop by on the 27th. Workers this morning were finishing a last minute project out back.

According to Crain's Chicago it will set you back seven hundred and fifty bucks to spend a night at this Frank Lloyd Wright. The house as old as Wrigley Field turns one hundred this year. Its evident that this crib still needs work. The brown lintel for the small front west facing window is missing.
