Seems that between those two figures somebody should be able to scrounge up some pocket change to get someone to pick up the mess that has been festering behind the building on Morse (1425 w Morse to be exact). Commercial buildings generate a lot of money and tax dollars (especially this one). But they can also contribute to blight and crime by not taking care of the surrounding area.
